    Returns

    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

    To start a return, please contact us at info@odidomi.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Return Shipment Fees: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.


    Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and correctly. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if something is missing, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@odidomi.com. We’ll work quickly to make things right—whether that means sending a replacement, refunding the item, or offering another solution.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Some items cannot be returned, including:

    • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved items).
    • Sale items

    Exchanges

    The quickest way to get what you need is to place a new order for the correct item and return the original item using our standard return process. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
